In all parts of the world, women are facing threats to their lives, health and well- being. In most regions of the world, women receive less formal education than men. Improving the status of women also enhances their decision-making capacity at all levels in all spheres of life, especially in the area of sexuality and reproduction. For this, education and skills training is required.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Education<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Lack of quality education is one of the biggest barriers to the development of women.<\/li>\n<li>The individuals and government must both come together to make it happen.<\/li>\n<li>Education for girls must be made compulsory so that women can become literate to make a life for themselves.<\/li>\n<li>Women must be given equal opportunities in every field.<\/li>\n<li>They must be given equal pay.<\/li>\n<li>We can empower women by abolishing child marriage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vocational Skill Training <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>If women are helpful in earning money like men, then the importance of women will be increased.<\/li>\n<li>This will increase income of house.<\/li>\n<li>Women will not depend on anyone for their needs.<\/li>\n<li>Financial independence boosts self-esteem and confidence of women.<\/li>\n<li>Women can learn beekeeping, mushroom farming, sewing, papad (wafer) making and other income-generating skills.<\/li>\n<li>They can earn money to support their family by working.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Note: Vocational online courses are available in our website to promote women empowerment under achieving SDG2030.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"height: 800px; line-height: 2em; overflow: scroll; padding: 5px; background-color: #fcfadd; color: #714d03; border: 4px double #DEBB07;\">\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Woman Empowerment<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SDG-5 talks of Gender Equality. Out of about 7.7 billion population of the world, 3.8 billion are women.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. There are approximately 960 million illiterate adults in the world, of whom two thirds are women.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. One third of the world&#8217;s adults, most of them women, have no access to printed knowledge, to new skills or to technologies.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Women earn less than men; and there are large differences in the size of this gap across countries.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Ways to empower women<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Through education, skill development and employment, giving paramount importance to the elimination of poverty, illiteracy and ill health among women;<\/li>\n<li>2.
